Nagano's Hakuba Village is Worth the Visit in Hokkaido 🚠

Having been to Japan multiple times, I'm no stranger to the famous tourist spots like Tokyo, Kyoto, and Hokkaido. But when you venture into the central region and delve into the Northern Alps, it feels like discovering a whole new world. ❄️For those who are already planning their winter ski trips, as one of Japan's top ski destinations, the Hakuba area in the Northern Alps is highly recommended to everyone. Save this guide before you set off! 📍Hakuba Valley Hakuba Valley boasts the finest powder snow in the country, with 10 resorts gathered here and over 200 ski trails, all accessible with a single pass—truly a ski paradise. 📍Hakuba Happo-One A hiking paradise, breathtakingly beautiful, especially during the current red leaf season 🍁. In winter, it's Japan's largest ski area—no reason not to go! 📍Hakuba Norikura Among the top attractions of the Northern Alps, Hakuba Norikura definitely has a name. The scenery is beautiful in all seasons. On clear days, you can see the reflection of the "Hakuba Sanpou" in the pond. 📍Sugiike-Nayaura The most beautiful in autumn, walking through the golden cotton grass hiking trail, only 5.5 km, can be completed in 3.5 hours. You can get up close and personal with the beautiful snow valley and the majestic Northern Alps. 📍Hakuba Iwatake MOUNTAIN HARBOR Super popular on Instagram, the cliff terrace overlooks the breathtaking view of the Hakuba Sanpou. Experience the giant swing soaring into the sky and become a "girl of the Northern Alps"! 🌟After a whole day of skiing and feeling hungry, arranging for special cuisine and a good hot spring hotel is very important! 🍣Popular Restaurants & Cafes ▪️Sounds Like Café: Offers sandwiches and burgers to replenish energy, large portions and delicious. ▪️Soba Brewery Zen: A must-try specialty soba noodles in Nagano Prefecture, available for lunch and dinner, with tempura, grilled squid, and sashimi that are all quite good. ▪️Hummingbird: A very cozy Japanese family restaurant, with a hospitable host couple. 🏨Onsen Hotel Kai Alps Every time I book a hotel in a hot spring town, Kai, under the Hoshino Resorts brand, is a choice that never goes wrong. "Kai Alps" is located at the entrance of the Kurobe Tateyama Alps Route, with a fantastic location. ❄️Inspired by the "Snow Country," as soon as you enter the lobby, you can see the traditional irori that often appears in Japanese dramas. Mochi and apples are roasted on the stove, along with hot local sake. Sitting around the irori is just too wonderful to understand! ♨️The hot spring originates from the Kusatsu Onsen in the Oku-Tateyama area, with pure water quality and weakly alkaline. After skiing, soaking in the hot spring makes your muscles relax gradually, which is no less than having an SPA... # Hokkaido#Nagano
