Nan Xiang Soup Dumplings Has Arrived in the East Village!
NYU’s New Dining Gem 🔥 I never expected that a restaurant with such great value would open in New York’s East Village. I’ve been here several times and tried multiple branches—they’re all super popular! 🌟 Their soup dumplings are my absolute favorite! They offer so many delicious flavors. The ambiance is elegant, and there are plenty of seats, making it perfect for gatherings with friends. If you can’t decide what to order, they even have a tasting menu! 🍔 🔥 Braised Beef Noodles The beef chunks are huge, tender, and full of flavor. The owner is so generous! The bowl is piled high with beef. 🍜 It’s a massive bowl that’s definitely worth the price and will keep you full for hours! 🔥 Truffle Soup Dumplings Of course, there’s truffle in the filling! You can tell they’re freshly steamed. They arrive at your table steaming hot—best enjoyed right away. The dumpling skin is incredibly soft! If you wait too long, the skin will harden. The skin has a subtle truffle flavor. The overall taste isn’t overpowering but is absolutely delicious! There are also fillings like dried scallop, sponge gourd, crab roe, chicken, sea cucumber, and abalone! 🥟 🔥 For starters, we had cold cucumber salad and baked gluten. The baked gluten is so yummy—it tastes just like back home. The mushrooms inside are also delicious. 🥒 🔥 Crab Roe Pan-Fried Buns Crispy and delicious! The meat filling is very plump and juicy!! 🥢 📍 Nan Xiang Soup Dumplings - East Village #NewYorkFood #NYCFoodGuide 🌟
