🏰 Neuschwanstein Castle | Pho So Delicious

💡When staying near Neuschwanstein Castle, the tips from the landlord were all very traditional and heavy German meals, and the recommendations I found were all about pork knuckles, but I've been eating too much pure meat lately and really wanted to soothe my stomach. 🥗The pho was so delicious!! The broth was completely fresh and flavorful, clearly simmered, not mixed. The beef was pan-fried beforehand, and the rice noodles were quite chewy, which I personally prefer because they have a good bite and don't soak up the soup. The bird's eye chili was perfectly spicy, and the combination of flavors—slightly spicy, sour, and fresh—was just amazing! I really drank all the soup at the end. I also ordered a stir-fried noodle dish, which was also very tasty and satisfying. Overall, it was fantastic! 💰It was very affordable, these two dishes + 2 large glasses of Radler cost only 27.5 euros～I think the other dishes are also relatively cheap～ 🙋‍♂️The owner was very entertaining, joking with me as soon as the dishes were served. I could feel his easygoing nature and he was very sympathetic.
