New Hidden Gem Japanese Restaurant in Richmond

OMG~ Just discovered another amazing Japanese spot in Richmond and I'm obsessed! 🍣 This place has an incredible variety of teishoku (set meals), perfect for foodies like me who want to try a bit of everything. Came for their famous unagi don, but ended up loving EVERY SINGLE DISH! πŸ“ Edokko Nigiri Sushi 120-3679 Westminster Hwy, Richmond πŸ”₯ Must-Try Dishes: 🐟 Unagi Gozen (Signature Eel Rice Bowl) A MOUNTAIN of perfectly grilled eel glazed with sweet-savory sauce! Comes with 3 traditional ways to enjoy it (pure, with condiments, or as ochazuke). The eel is so fragrant and tender~ 🍜 Beef Don & Udon Combo For those who can't decide between udon and beef rice! The udon has perfect chewiness in a rich broth, and the beef bowl is heavenly with a onsen egg mixed in. Bonus: Crispy tempura on the side (not greasy at all!). 🍣 Sashimi Platter Pick any 3 types of fresh sashimi (price varies by selection).
