New in New York | Korean Tapas Pub! 5.0 Full Rating!!
This Korean gastropub just opened this summer—and it already has a perfect 5.0 rating on Google! 🤯 I tried it myself, and every dish is genuinely delicious—it’s so ideal for after-work hangouts! 🌟 Braised Beef Ribs (Galbi Jim) Their signature dish! The beef ribs are braised until incredibly tender, but the exterior is still crispy from a quick roast—such a great texture contrast. It pairs amazingly with chimichurri sauce too—so flavorful! Rice bowl count: 🍚🍚🍚🍚🍚 🌟 Korean Boneless Fried Chicken Bite-sized and totally boneless—yes! The skin is super crunchy, and the meat is juicy and tender. The sauce is slightly sour-spicy, hard to describe but so addictive. You won’t be able to stop eating! Rice bowl count: 🍚🍚🍚🍚🍚 🌟 Cheese Corn Their corn cheese is unique—they sprinkle perilla leaves on top! In the middle, there’s fried cauliflower, and the corn kernels have that classic Korean milky flavor. Such a fun twist! Rice bowl count: 🍚🍚🍚🍚 🌟 Jjajangmyeon (Black Bean Noodles) The best Korean jjajangmyeon I’ve ever had—better than some specialty shops! The noodles are chewy and springy, with a nice wheat aroma, and the slight spiciness is a fresh touch. It goes so well with their kimchi—mild, with just a spicy kick and crisp cabbage, no heavy flavors. It’s the kind of kimchi I had at a few restaurants in Korea—unsweetened and super refreshing for cutting grease! Rice bowl count: 🍚🍚🍚🍚🥢 ✨ Mocktails We tried two non-alcoholic drinks—the Pear one is slightly tart and refreshing, with a strong pear flavor. The Lychee one is much sweeter. I bet they’d be amazing as actual cocktails too! ⛳️ Seoul BAP 55 W 27th St, New York, NY 10001 Like 💗 Save ⭐️ Follow 🙋🏻♀️ Check my profile for more NYC eats! #NewYork #NYC #NewYorkFoodGuide #NewYorkLife #NewYorkFood #NYCFoodReview #NYCEats #NewYorkKoreanFood #KoreanGastropubNYC
