We ordered: seafood pancake, galbi, samgyetang, soft tofu stew, and bibimbap—classic Korean homestyle spread. The samgyetang was topped with delicate egg strips. The chicken was fall-apart tender, and the rich broth with sticky rice was pure winter comfort. 😌🍲 But the star was the seafood pancake! Not greasy or soggy—edges perfectly crispy with an audible crunch, packed with seafood and fragrant scallions. 🥘✨ The bibimbap, with its crispy rice and egg, paired perfectly with the sweet-salty galbi.
