Another visit to this Korean fine - dining spot that's been super popular for years! I've celebrated my birthday here for four years in a row. Every time I leave, I can't wait to come back. I heard they recently got promoted from two to three Michelin stars. Jungsik is definitely the best - value Michelin three - star restaurant in NYC.š š„¢ Appetizers: Five Korean - style small dishes ā¢ Truffle Beef Tartare - Super fragrant and melts in your mouth. ā¢ The soft - boiled egg in the middle is just divine, incredibly tender. ā¢ The black little balls are too delicious! Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. This time they were filled with spicy octopus; I've also had kimchi fried rice before. Every time it's different and full of surprises! š Second Course: Some kind of fish š I didn't remember the name, but the taste was pretty standard. #jungsikNYC #NYC #NYCFood šš
