New Orleans|City Walk 🌧️🎷
⛲️ French Quarter We hit a passing shower, so we only explored around Jackson Square during the breaks in the rain — still scored some iconic photo spots 📷. Unfortunately, St. Louis Cathedral closes at 4 PM, so we missed the interior 😔. But the good news: several ✅ Jazz Clubs and restaurants were within walking distance. Walking down Bourbon Street, the atmosphere was wild and energetic 🥁🎉 — and honestly, I’ve never seen so many 👮 and 🚓 in one place in my life! It felt like "apocalyptic party vibes" — truly Carpe Diem. 🍸 Sazerac House Highly recommend this cocktail museum! You can walk right in — a self-guided tour shares the history and making of New Orleans' iconic cocktails, plus three free samples to try: Sazerac: A bit strong 🥃 Rangoon Gimlet: Refreshing and tangy 🍋 Huapala: Sweet tropical vibes 🌺 🚢 Riverwalk A breezy evening (or post-rain stroll) along the Mississippi River is so relaxing. We caught a steamboat performing a steam-whistle version of The Entertainer 🤹♂️, plus street musicians playing along the way 🎶 — super chill and atmospheric. If you’re not in a rush, hop on the historic streetcar 🚃 (P.S. bring exact change 💰). It’s air-conditioned, moves at walking pace, and even stops for pedestrians and cars — peak relaxation vibes 🔝. #NewOrleans #NOLATravel #CityMemories 🌆🎺✨
