New Orleans | Eating My Way Through (Seafood Edition) 🦞🦪
📍 Peche Michelin-recommended — the absolute standout of the trip, no comparison! Not a single dish disappoints 🔥 Must-order: Whole Grilled Fish The beef tartare is uniquely flavorful and fresh, the pasta leaves you craving more, oysters are above average, and even their chicken skewers are amazing! I crown this the best restaurant I’ve eaten at in the U.S.! 👑🍽️ 📍 Deanie’s Seafood The best Cajun crawfish of the entire trip — so well-seasoned! The salty potato balls are a perfect bonus. Service was super friendly too. 👍🦞 📍 Hot N Cajun crawfish + corn + sausage — fresh and generously portioned, but that’s about it. Lacked depth of flavor. 😕 📍 Mr. Ed’s Oyster Bar Oyster lovers, gather round! Tried two of each grilled oyster flavor — all solid 🦪✨ Everything else was just okay though. 📍 Luke French-inspired dining — in my opinion, the best oysters in all of New Orleans with plenty of varieties to choose from. Mains were just average, though. 📍 Big EZ Seafood Staff were super kind, oysters were incredibly fresh. Crawfish was just alright — not very flavorful. Still, the oysters alone are worth it! 😊 🍸 Bonus: Two Bars Seaworthy Close to the hotel, but I’ve never had worse cocktails 😅 Drink whatever they give you… Service and ambiance are nice, though. Salon by Sucré (Salon Salon) The best bar I’ve tried on the East Coast — puts many NYC bars to shame! Their peach-flavored cocktail is unreal 🍑🍹 Impeccable service and atmosphere. #EatTheWorld #NewOrleansFood #SeafoodLover #FoodReview
