New Orleans | Exploring Tableau ๐Ÿฝ๏ธ

๐ŸŽƒ For Halloween, my family and I chose Tableau for dinner. Since we had two little ones with us, we were worried about disturbing others in a quieter restaurant, so we arrived right at 5 PM when it opened. The place was almost empty at first, and we could choose between outdoor seating or the second floor. Overall, the service and atmosphere were excellent โ€” the staff was friendly, recommended signature dishes, and kept our water glasses filled while clearing plates promptly. ๐Ÿ˜Š A bit odd, though: the restaurant offers a kids' menu and high chairs, but thereโ€™s no changing table in the restroom โ€” something to note for parents! ๐Ÿด Dish Recommendations: โœ… Truffled Crab Claws โ€” fragrant and flavorful! โœ… Fried Oyster Pan Roast โ€” rich and satisfying. โœ… Gulf Fish (didnโ€™t get a photo, but it was fresh and tender!) โœ… Lamb Bolognese โ€” hearty and delicious. Their famous Turtle Soup was okay โ€” a bit bitter and salty, with a strong herbal taste; not really my thing. The seafood pasta (pictured last) was just average โ€” pretty to look at, but nothing special. The salad was refreshing โ€” you can add pineapple to the greens! ๐Ÿ ๐Ÿ’ฐ About $50 per person โ€” overall, a solid dining experience! ๐Ÿ“ Address: 616 St Peter St, New Orleans, LA 70116 #NewOrleans #FoodReview #FrenchQuarter #FamilyDining #NOLAEats #Tableau ๐ŸŽƒ
