Jazz, cocktails, seafood, and voodooâthey fill every corner of this place! Even though I didnât catch the Mardi Gras parade, this city still won me over completely â€ïž Letâs Talk About the Delicious Eats Deanie's Seafood Restaurant (in the French Quarter): Their Crawfish Bisque is unbelievably goodârich, creamy, and packed with crawfish flavor đŠ. Zesty Creole: Great value for money! Their Oyster Poâboy is a standoutâcrispy oysters in a soft bun, so tasty đ„Ș. Luke: You must try their oyster happy hour! Fresh, plump oysters at a great priceâtotal seafood heaven đŠȘ. Beignets Showdown: I tried three places, and Cafe Beignet is still the best! Fluffy, fried, and dusted with just the right amount of powdered sugar đ§. Must-Visit Spots The Moonwalk Riverfront Park: Perfect for a post-dinner stroll! Walk along the Mississippi River, enjoy the breeze, and take in the viewsâsuper relaxing đ. The Sazerac House: The tour takes less than an hour, and you get three free shots! I went at noon, and letâs just say I was slightly tipsy for the rest of the afternoon (oops đ). Mahogany Jazz Hall: The vibe here is incredibleâlive jazz, good drinks, and a cozy atmosphere. But make sure to grab a seat earlyâit fills up fast đ·. The National WWII Museum: Such a thoughtful, well-curated museum. Itâs informative and movingâdefinitely worth a few hours of your time đïž. I only stayed for 4 days and 3 nights, but the cityâs warmth and laid-back energy make me want to come back for a second visit. Itâs hard to imagine anyone having worries in a place where every day feels like a party đ„ł! #AmericanLife #StudyInUSA #InternationalStudentLife #USATravel #USA
