New Orleans Food | Superior Seafood — Really Impressive! 🦪🎉

Had my most satisfying meal in New Orleans on our last day here! The oysters were huge and delicious, and every other dish was great too! 1️⃣ Oysters Superior ⭕️ — So good! A combo of three styles: A creamy, buttery baked oyster — rich and not fishy at all. Classic baked oyster — tasty, though not as standout as the others. Spiced baked oyster with chili 🌶️ — not spicy but super aromatic and flavorful! 2️⃣ Fried Alligator ⭕️ — They really nailed this! Tender, not dry or greasy. Tasted just like juicy fried chicken nuggets — couldn’t even tell it was gator, but it was delicious 😂. 3️⃣ Gulf Coast Oysters ⭕️ — Loved the baked oysters so much we added a dozen raw oysters — also excellent! Huge, fresh, and not fishy at all. 4️⃣ Complimentary Salads — Refreshing and crisp! 🥗 5️⃣ Shrimp Andouille Brochettes ⭕️ — Bacon-wrapped shrimp with cheese, mashed potatoes, and green beans. Really tasty! The bacon was fatty but not greasy or tough — perfect with the shrimp. 6️⃣ Redfish Magnolia ⭕️ — The fish was amazing — crispy outside, tender inside, with a creamy aroma. Served with a light risotto and veggies — well-balanced and not heavy. 7️⃣ Carrot Cake ⭕️ — Delicious! A bit sweet but totally acceptable, packed with nuts and wonderfully moist.
