You canβt visit Louisiana without trying fried chicken! We stopped by a mini mart close to our hotel, and oh my β the glorious, happy grease-glow on our faces afterward said it all ππ π½οΈ Food: 4/5 Tenders: SO GOOD! Huge, thick, juicy, and perfectly spiced πΆοΈ. Didnβt even need hot sauce β my friend gave it top marks! Boudin Ball: Looked a bit dark but tasted amazing β full of spice, like the sticky rice balls my family makes for Lunar New Year π§§. Made me homesick (in a good way!). Cajun Meat Pie: Not a fan π¬. The crust was thick and soft (not crispy), and it separated from the filling. Seasoning was okay, though. Thigh & Leg: Tasty, but not as epic as the tenders.
