New Orleans Restaurant Recommendation – GW Fins 🍽️
First appetizer: Crispy Pork Belly – Delicious! Just like everyone says, it tastes like Chinese braised pork ! 🥓 The pairing with watermelon was a surprisingly wonderful experience. So good! 😋 Second appetizer: Yellowfin Tuna Tartare – Served with cilantro and avocado purée, the combination offered a really rich and satisfying texture. 🥑🐟 For the main course, we tried the classic recommendation: Scalibut GW Fins Original. Personally, I thought it was just okay—the fish was a bit dry and underseasoned. 😕 But the snow peas on the side were tasty! A moderate recommendation. Finally, dessert: Coconut on the Half Shell – Oh my goodness, a true delight for dessert lovers! 🥥🍯 So delicious it’s to die for!
