New Orleans Swamp Tour

An amazing eco-adventure in New Orleans โ€” incredible value for money! ๐ŸŒฟโœจ Early in the morning, our driver picked up all the guests and started introducing New Orleans while on the road, even recommending some local favorite restaurants. We tried one later โ€” it was fantastic! Thanks to these recommendations, I felt like Iโ€™d been missing out all the previous daysโ€ฆ I really wish Iโ€™d known these spots from day one in New Orleans. ๐Ÿ˜… After checking in at the site, we boarded the boat and headed into the wetlands to begin the tour. As we cruised along, our guide explained the ecosystem and helped us spot wildlife. Since it was winter, alligators werenโ€™t very active, but luckily the weather was nice, and we still managed to see six or seven of them! ๐ŸŠ The guide mentioned that during active seasons, he feeds the alligators, but they stop eating in the colder months. During the tour, we saw plenty of wild animals โ€” like the sleeping nutria in the photo, an invasive species that damages wetland ecology. The most exciting part? Definitely seeing the alligators! And the cutest moment was watching our guide feed the raccoons โ€” they literally chased our boat! ๐Ÿ˜„๐Ÿฆ #NewOrleansTravel #WhatToDoInNewOrleans #NewOrleans
