New Restaurant in Brooklyn: With Others Serves Amazing Sparkling Water

✨Last week, I finally visited With Others, a Brooklyn bar that’s been on my list for a while. It opened last year and has a chill vibe, often hosting pop-up events with chefs. They also have a wine school. It’s easy to walk in when it’s not crowded. A friend suggested I post about the food and my outfit together, so here we go. The last photo is an Easter egg🥚. ✨Last week’s pop-up was with Tristan Kwong (a Taiwanese chef and the head of fruitsomm). ✨When they told me their sparkling water was the best, I was skeptical. But it really was different! It’s a treasure. They said it’s from France, with a crisp and slightly salty taste. I took some home after not finishing it at the bar. I also ordered a recommended pinot noir, which was quite nice. ✨Tristan’s Taiwanese food was delicious and had a clean flavor. Especially the beef cheek cheong fun— it wasn’t greasy, and the thickness of the cheong fun paired well with the beef cheek. It felt just right. The sauce had a fermented black bean and garlic flavor. It’s rare to find cheong fun that I love and that doesn’t make me feel weighed down. Thumbs up!👍 ✨The innovation of the Caesar salad was replacing croutons with crispy youtiao. It worked surprisingly well and was refreshing. I also recommend the Caesar salad from BK’s Roberta’s, with huge, juicy leaves. In terms of leafy ingredients, With Others fell a bit short this time. ✨I also ordered fuyu persimmon and ricotta, with a citrus vinaigrette. It was milky and sweet, with a naturally delicious taste. It wasn’t just a superficial and innovative Asian fusion pop-up. I liked it and will definitely come back for the next one. #PrettyFood #SparklingWater #NonAlcoholicDrinks #NYCFoodie #NYCBar #BarFood #BrooklynFood #EatingPrettyMakesYouPretty #NYCPopUp #NYCPrivateChef #NYCExplorationDaily
