New Spanish Eats in Paris - SUELO Paris

This newly opened spot is currently the best Spanish restaurant in Paris, located near the Champs-Élysées. From the appetizers to the main courses and desserts, every single dish is delicious!! No complaints whatsoever~ 🥩 It's expected to become super popular soon, so booking might get tricky. For now, you don't need to provide a credit card deposit when making a reservation. I took advantage of the low crowds and tried every dish. 🍽️ Must-try recommendations: 1. Thinly sliced beef with truffle👍 The combination is truly amazing—melts in your mouth! 2. Raw-cut dorade with a fresh sauce, which is also excellent. 3. Seafood pasta—this is a standout! The pasta looks like rice and is incredibly smooth and flavorful, not too salty👍 The portion size is perfect for one person. 4. Spanish slow-cooked beef is super tender, with a hint of sweetness and a subtle charcoal-smoked aroma!👍 5. Fried shrimp and squid (even though I usually don't like fried foods, these are a must-order). 6. Paella (2-person serving)—the rice is minimal but super fragrant and crispy. It's not the traditional wet style; instead, it's a thin layer. The beef is also delicious if you don't order it well-done. Kids love it too. Even though I'm not a big fan of paella, this version really hits the spot. I suggest if you order the slow-cooked beef, skip the beef in the paella to avoid repetition. 7. Desserts: Fried doughnut ice cream and Basque cake—both are incredibly tender and not overly sweet. We polished them all off!!!! 🍰 After the meal, the bill came to 1070 euros (including a tip) for five adults, so that's about 215 euros per person. The live singer added some extra flair to the evening! 🎶 #Paris
