New York, who hasn't indulged in this cheesy 🧀 Bratwurst pasta 🍝?
This pasta 🍝 seems to have gained popularity through their Tiramisu, which is rumored to be one of the best in New York! But in my opinion, their pasta is even more impressive. They have several locations across New York, and you can almost always walk in without a reservation! The prices are also very reasonable~ 🥦 Cauliflower Tangy and sweet, it's incredibly refreshing and appetizing. Although it's not very crunchy and leans more towards soft, it's absolutely delicious as an appetizer! And it's not the green cauliflower; it's the white kind, which is quite unique. 🍝 Spicy Vodka Rigatoni This is a classic that almost every Italian restaurant has. While the ingredients might seem a bit basic—just rigatoni and sauce—it's so addictive that you can't stop eating it. It feels like there's some kind of magic involved! I highly recommend adding burrata to make the texture richer and enhance the dairy flavor. The pasta is on the firmer side, which I love because I prefer al dente pasta. It's definitely a hit for me! 🍝 Tagliatelle This one is more like a Bolognese-style pasta, with a firmer, thinner noodle. It's good, but it doesn't have any standout features. It's not so amazing that I'd go back just for it, but the meaty sauce might appeal to those who love Bolognese! 🍰 Tiramisu This is probably their most famous item. It even has a cute little lamb 🐑 printed on top. But to be honest, I found it to be pretty average. There's more cake than cream, and I personally prefer more cream in my Tiramisu. The portion is huge, though—enough for four people. In the end, two of us couldn't finish half of it, haha! It's a great choice when you're unsure where to have pasta—it's safe and not too formal! With so many locations, I highly recommend giving it a try if you're in New York. *La Pecora Bianca* Average cost per person: $40-$50 #NYCExploration #NewYork #NYCLife #ItalianCuisine #Brunch #TomatoPasta #Food #Pasta #Tiramisu #Burrata #Rigatoni #LaPecoraBianca
