New York’s “Wagyu Fujiyama” 🌟
Meat lovers, gather! 🍖 At the tail end of summer, there’s nothing better than enjoying hot pot in an air-conditioned room! 🔥 I used to frequent Doolittle and the hot pot place near Ktown, but this time, I discovered that the meat quality at the one on Sixth Avenue is even better! 🌇 Students get a 12% discount all through September, but unfortunately, we’re too old to use it. 😢 🌶️ We ordered the combo pot, with spicy beef tallow broth on one side and rich bone broth on the other. The Southerner, who loves spicy food, found the medium-spicy level just right—perfectly hot! 🌶️ 🥩 Thick-Cut Wagyu The slices are thick, and the texture is amazing—rich, tender, and full of flavor. A must-order! 🍖 ❄️ Freshly Sliced Snow Beef The snowflake pattern is stunning. It cooks quickly in the pot and is incredibly tender. The artistic touch of a leaf in the center of the plate adds a nice flair. 🍖 🥚 Freshly Sliced Money Sinew This one is interesting because it comes with a raw egg! The waiter will help roll the yolk into the meat, and after cooking, the texture is chewy and satisfying. 🍖 #NewYork 🌇🌟
