New York’s Best Copper Pot Hot Pot for Lamb! 😍
Winter just makes you crave hot pot, especially the classic copper pot experience! While I can’t get to Juobao Yuan in Beijing, New York has Le Sia, and it’s the real deal! The owner is from Beijing, and after trying many places, I can say that for authentic Beijing cuisine in New York, Le Sia is the spot! 🌟 📣 Le Sia 📍 651 9th Ave, New York, NY 10036 In winter, the copper pot hot pot with lamb and sesame sauce is a must! I ordered the house special dipping sauce, which includes both sesame paste and seafood sauce, and you can customize it with extra seasonings. 🥄 🌟 For meats, I had lamb slices, high-calcium lamb slices, ribeye steak, and shrimp paste. Every type was super fresh, and with the clear broth, you can really taste the natural flavors of the meats. 🍖 🌟 For vegetables, I went with fresh tofu, kelp knots, tonghao (Chinese celery), lotus root, and fresh bean curd skin—all delicious! There’s nothing better than a warm, steaming hot pot in winter! 🍲 Beyond the hot pot, they have lots of authentic Beijing dishes: We tried the barbecue, dumpling soup, and stir-fried pancakes, all of which were super flavorful! The Dragon Subduing Claws, oxtail tendons, and roasted chicken frames were super popular and disappeared quickly from our table. 🍖 ✅ Diverse menu options, including copper pot, barbecue, lamb spine, stir-fries, and snacks. ✅ Great for group gatherings, with round tables available. ✅ The decor is very Beijing-themed, perfect for satisfying your homesickness. 🎉 #NewYork 🏙️ #NYCFoodie 🍔
