New York’s First Pizza Must Be Song’E Napule 🍕🌟
After returning to New York from my trip, the food I missed the most was actually Italian pizza. 🌸 And my favorite pizza place has to be Song’E Napule. I remembered they had opened a new branch in the Upper West Side that I hadn’t visited yet, so I quickly got ready and headed out. 🍃 The new location is much larger than the original Soho store, and the decor is more modern. The overall dining environment is more comfortable – it’s not crowded or too noisy. 🎢 I ordered my favorites, the Margherita and the Tartufata. One bite and I knew it was them – the quality is very consistent. The chewy dough is neither too thin nor too thick. Even if the crust gets cold after a while, it doesn’t harden (the true test of a good pizza). 🏙️ The tomato sauce has a slight tanginess but doesn’t overpower the other flavors. The Tartufata, with its rich truffle aroma and prosciutto, is truly my dream pizza. 🍔 📍 464 Amsterdam Ave, New York, NY 10024 #ChroniclerOfARomanticLife #NotebookInspiration 🌟
