New York’s Most Beautiful Meal Lately Has to Be
Rezdora! 🌟 🗽Ever since I was traumatized by the many beautiful-but-not-delicious restaurants in New York, I’ve approached similar places with only the intention of ticking them off my list. I didn’t expect Rezdora to be so good! Maybe it was because I had no expectations that I was so pleasantly surprised. The antipasto fritto featured three different types of ham on top, and the dough underneath was soft yet slightly crispy. It was a delightful start. 🍔 For the main course, I ordered the “grandma walking through the forest,” which lived up to its name and became the best dish of the day. It was a mix of various mashed vegetables with a chewy, resilient outer layer and a light yet flavorful mushroom sauce underneath. It was fresh and flavorful. 🍝 🗽 Another pasta dish was recommended by the waiter—a tomato-based one. It had a good chew, but the sauce was a bit salty and greasy. 🍝 The small sirloin steak looked ordinary but was cooked to the standard of a steakhouse. The pumpkin puree underneath added a unique and delicious texture. 🍖 🍰 I have to give major props to the desserts! As someone who loves to try new things, I fell in love with the olive oil-flavored gelato and the cream cake. They were amazing! 🍰 🍹 Besides the food, Rezdora’s drink menu is also noteworthy. Although a cocktail can cost close to $30, the taste and presentation are quite innovative, making them more appealing than ordinary low-alcohol sweet drinks. 🍸 #NewYork 🗽
