New York's Must-Try Molten Egg Wagyu Burger 🍔 How could you visit New York and not try a burger? 🍔 I originally planned to visit Au Cheval, but it was too far away and I heard it’s super popular, so it might be hard to get a reservation. I decided to save it for my trip to Chicago. 🚂 Instead, I found a low-key burger joint right next to where I’m staying called Black Iron. I ordered the Medium Rare Masterpiece based on recommendations and added a refreshing Mexican arugula salad on the side. When I got the burger, I gave it a gentle squeeze, and the juices from the double-layered wagyu beef patties just flowed out, mixing with the protein aroma of the molten fried egg and the crispiness of the bacon. It was pure bliss in every bite! 🌟 They also have Peruvian-style chicken wings, which I was really curious about, but two people just couldn’t handle that much food.
