New York’s Pasta Spot: Truly Affordable and Delicious 🍝

I’ve been here countless times and absolutely love their pasta because: Their pasta is cooked perfectly al dente! 🍝 Every pasta dish is just $13/$16. No need to tip (since you fill your own water and clean your table). My all-time favorite is the ⭐️ Mafaldine Scampi. It’s made with white wine, lemon butter, chili flakes, crispy garlic breadcrumbs, and sautéed shrimp. The wavy edges of the pasta give it a great chew, and the shrimp is perfectly firm. (I usually don’t like seafood because of the fishy taste, but this one is totally acceptable!) The sauce isn’t heavy or greasy because the lemon flavor is well-balanced. My friend thinks it’s a bit salty, though. ⭐️ Pappardelle Bolognese: Wide noodles with beef ragu, San Marzano tomatoes, and Parmesan cheese. This one is pretty easy on the palate and great for those with a Chinese taste preference! 🍖 ⭐️ Spaghetti Pomodoro: Classic tomato and basil pasta. Highly recommend adding meatballs for an extra $3 – it makes the dish even more satisfying! 🍅 ⭐️ Pipette Ragu: Shaped like small tubes, this pasta comes with crumbled Italian sausage, creamy sauce, and cheese. It’s delicious but a bit heavy and rich. 🍖 #NewYork #PastaLovers 🌆✨
