The dish was filled with mussels, shrimp, scallops, squid, cod, and clams. The rice, served separately, was perfectly cooked—neither too soft nor too hard—and soaked up the flavorful seafood broth beautifully. Highly recommended! 🌟 LOMO DE CERDO (Pork Tenderloin) 🍖 4.0/5.0 My boyfriend enjoyed the South American-inspired black bean paste, which was paired with vegetables and a slightly sweet and sour sauce that complemented the pork well, preventing it from being too greasy. 🏙️ The pork was cooked to the perfect tenderness.
