New York's Bangkok Supper Club: A Flavorful Experience 🌟
Grilled Eggplant 🍆 I’m not sure why I ordered this dish, but it was an eggplant with a Thai spice flavor, quite greasy but tasty. Bok Choy 🥬 Again, not sure why I ordered this (again!!), but the roasted vegetables with a touch of oyster sauce and anchovy crisp were quite refreshing. Coconut Ice Cream 🍨 The coconut ice cream was a game-changer! It wasn’t too sweet, with a long-lasting coconut flavor. The addition of coconut flakes and cake added texture, making it irresistible. 🌸 Coconut Pandan Pudding 🥥 The coconut pudding was both visually appealing and delicious! The combination of cream, pandan cake, and coconut crisps was simply amazing. 🎢 Maybe the ordering strategy was off (didn’t try the other signature dishes like lobster, sea bass, or curry), or the menu presentation could be better. I still prefer Thai food with a more rustic, home-cooked feel, not just in the decor. 🍃While there were some creative touches, the dishes lacked the traditional wok-fired flavor and were a bit bland, not very aromatic. But definitely worth a visit for the coconut desserts! Bangkok Supper Club 📍641 Hudson St, New York, NY 10014 #ManhattanNYC #NYCLife 🌇🌟
