The combination of red snapper and caviar is super fresh and rich. š The dessert was also a delightful surprise. There were handroll-shaped treats made of chestnut cream with chocolate wafer cookies. The staff-recommended mochurro is a sweet, fried mochi stick coated in sugar and served with lemon sauce.
