New York's East Village (SOHO) Instagrammable Store Ando Patisserie ๐Ÿฉ

I paid my second visit to the highly recommended Ando Patisserie in New York's East Village (SOHO). ๐Ÿƒ๐ŸŒธ This time, I managed to get my hands on the chestnut roll, cream puff, and taro mochi box that I missed out on last time. (Since it was at the end of last year, I only have a photo of the chestnut roll; I couldn't find the others.) Here are my personal thoughts: (These are my own opinions and may not reflect everyone's experience.) ๐Ÿƒ๐ŸŒธChestnut Roll - As a chestnut ๐ŸŒฐ lover, I was super excited about the chestnut roll and bought three of them, especially since I missed out last time. The appearance is perfect, but to be honest, I didn't really taste much chestnut flavor. It wasn't as delicious as I expected. Overall, it felt a bit bland to me, and I probably won't buy it again. ๐Ÿฅœ ๐Ÿƒ๐ŸŒธ Cream Puff - I thought the cream puff was quite satisfying. It was filled with plenty of delicious cream. Compared to the chestnut roll, I found the cream puff more enjoyable. ๐Ÿฎ Taro Mochi Box - I didn't try this one because I'm not a fan of durian. My boyfriend did, and he thought it was good. The taro flavor was more dominant than the durian. ๐Ÿ  After my second visit, I realized that I probably wouldn't make a special two-hour drive just for these treats. ๐Ÿƒ๐ŸŒธ However, I did enjoy the sesame roll from my last visit. It was quite good, although it felt a bit dry after eating too much. As a sesame lover, I liked it. The taro mochi box was also decent. ๐ŸŒธ #NewYorkSOHO #NewYorkDesserts ๐ŸŒŸ
