Shortly, I like the cake. But the problem that I think is the price. I know it is hard to run a small business in the city, including paying rent, ingredients costs, etc. When I see the cake box this store uses, I think, what if they use a little bit cheaper to reduce the cake price? Because the cake transparent box thing is not reusable. Of course, I don't know any about their business. And it is my personal opinion. If the price were slightly lower than now, people would find the approach more!

Anyways It is tasty. On the other hand, it doesn't have accessibility to try more.

And they will charge you 4% when using a card. The price is Cash. Omg My bf and I stumbled on this. We hadn't seen this dessert place before, even though we had walked this neighborhood a few times! Anyway, long story short, SO GOOD!!!

We asked them what the most popular one is here, and they recommended the lava cake. There are two kinds of flavors, Oolong/Matcha. I prefer Matcha, but my bf is not a big fan of Matcha, so we got Oolong. Because they said, both are good. Lol.

Wowwww Not too sweet! That is the considerable merit of this cake.

Not too sweet; you can enjoy a slight sweetness with white cream. The cake texture was so soft... melting in your mouth!! Wowwwwwwww

We got crushed on this cake. We def should come to get some cakes/other desserts again!!!!

This place provides worst service I have ever been though their dessert is okay. I ordered their dessert via their local delivery group. And the experience was a disaster. Here is a summary of the issues:

Zero communication during ordering unless you proactively follow up. After I paid my order and send proof, they never ever confirm until I asked.

They deliver at 11PM without earlier notice. If I was aware that the delivery would be that late, I would never order.

Worst than zero communication in delivery and my story is a bit long: They put multiple delivery bags in the lobby of my building at 11PM without informing me the location of my bag. The next day, I realized that I picked up someone else's bag via a message sent from the store staff at 11:40PM the earlier day. According to the store staff, my bag is on the second level but I picked the bag on the surface level and they blamed me for not confirming.

Their proposal for resolving the issue is I have to be the delivery person to send the bag I picked up wrong to a different address and they would refund me as the original owner of the bag does not live in my building. It is ridiculous that they do not inform me the exact location of my bag via a picture or anything and then blame me on the issue. And the bag I picked up has lower total value than what I ordered.

In summary, when you are the victim of the store's bad service, you need to pay...
