New York's Hidden Gem: Cantonese Cuisine with a KTV Twist (2)🎤
🐂 The Stir-Fried Yellow Beef was tender and flavorful, with a savory and spicy kick that made it perfect with rice. It had that authentic wok hei (the unique flavor from stir-frying in a wok). 🦐 The Deep-Fried Shrimp was a sweet delight. The shrimp were perfectly fried, with a crispy exterior and tender interior, coated in a sweet sauce that was impossible to stop eating. 🍃 The Fermented Tofu Hollow Vegetable Soup was so flavorful that I drank it all. It was incredibly fresh and full of flavor, with garlic that I love. This dish was even more satisfying than the meat. The hollow vegetables were perfectly cooked, fresh and crisp, and soaked in the delicious broth. 🦀️ The Sheltered Harbor Vancouver Crab was a standout. The aroma of the Sheltered Harbor spices is unparalleled. The crab was fried to a crispy texture, and the combination with the spices made it more and more flavorful with every chew. The salted egg yolk was also delicious, and I highly recommend it. #NewYorkLife #NYCDaily 🌇🌟
