A classic appetizer that hits all the right notes! 🍤 🍖 Short Rib Highly recommend this main course! The short ribs are tender and flavorful, with a rich, savory sauce. Topped with carrots, it’s a hearty and satisfying dish. 😋 🐟 Branzino This grilled sea bass is perfect for those who prefer a lighter, more delicate flavor. The fish is tender and smooth, with a variety of side dishes and a bed of microgreens. It’s a healthy, Mediterranean-inspired dish, though I found the flavors a bit subtle. 🐟 🍰 Strawberry Cheesecake The cheesecake here is really delicious! We brought our own birthday cake, but the restaurant manager said they couldn’t allow it. So, we used this dessert to light the candles. 🎂 The service here is exceptional, even better than other Michelin-starred restaurants in New York. It’s no surprise, given the Mandarin Oriental’s high standards. Overall, from the stunning views and ambiance to the food and service, I couldn’t be more satisfied!
