New York's Ultra-Unique Chicken Liver Pasta π
I was craving liver so much, haha! I stumbled upon this chicken liver pasta by accident and it's so special. I finally got to try it! The location is super convenient for reservations, and there weren't many people inside, so it's truly a hidden gem of a restaurant.π€© π€© The decor is so warm and lovely, and the waitstaff is really niceο½ π₯ Ricotta & Hot Honey Foccacia So delicious! As an appetizer, it's pure bliss. It's a slightly spicy ricotta spread on soft, warm focaccia, drizzled with honeyπ―. No one would expect this combination to be so tasty! Plus, they thoughtfully cut it into pieces for you! π Chicken Liver Rigatoni Mind-blowingly delicious! How did they manage to blend chicken liver, pasta, and cream sauce so perfectly? The pasta is short, tube-shaped, and has a great chewy texture, not mushy at all. The combination of chicken liver and pasta is just amazing. π I can't stop thinking about it even after I left. Please, you have to order it. I feel like the pasta is even better than many of New York's trendy pasta places!! This little shop is also very close to Double Chicken Please, just a 5-minute walk away. It's perfect for grabbing a meal while you're on the waitlist at DCP and then heading back to continue enjoying your time there. Fossetta Average cost: $30-$40 #NewYork #NYCExploration #NYCLife ππ’π
