šA seriously underrated gem of a restaurant! I chose the Korean omakase restaurant Mari on a whim because I couldn't get reservations anywhere else. šŗ It always feels like the second choice for many people since it often has availability on Resy when you're looking for a last-minute dinner spot. I didn't go in with high expectations, but boy, was I surprised! The set menu is incredibly good value for money in New York! As someone who isn't usually into Korean cuisine, I was blown away by how delicious and innovative the dishes were. šļø The minimalist trend can sometimes go overboard, and some restaurants take it too far.
