New York || Steak [Peter Luger] (1)
π³ Restaurant Name: Peter Luger Steak House π Address: 178 Broadway, Brooklyn, NY 11211 π Business Hours: 12:00-20:30 (Mon/Tue/Wed/Thu/Fri) 12:30-20:30 (Sat) 13:00-21:30 (Sun) π° Average Cost: π²105 (for 4 guys βοΈ, no drinks) The pre-meal bread was just okay, not freshly baked. The steak sauce was sweet and sour, tasting like a mix of onion-flavored ketchup and BBQ sauce. π 1οΈβ£ Porterhouse Steak: π₯© The first highlight is the signature steak (serves two). We ordered it medium-rare. The tenderloin side, though less fatty, was tender and well-seasoned. With a sprinkle of black pepper, the flavor was β¨ exceptionally aromatic. The strip side had a bit of chewiness and was more robust in texture, making it even more flavorful than the tenderloin. Highly recommended! π 2οΈβ£ RIB Steak: π The ribeye was even more flavorful than the Porterhouse Steak. The outer layer of fat was slightly charred π₯, and the combination of the charred aroma and meaty flavor was simply irresistible. The steak was juicy and tender, especially near the bone. I personally preferred it over the Porterhouse Steak. Highly recommended! π #NewYork ππ₯©
