▪️ Otoro – This fatty tuna belly is just heavenly! The pinkish hue tells you it’s incredibly rich and buttery. It melts in your mouth almost instantly, and it’s so fatty that it feels a bit too much after a while. 🎢🍃 🥢 I actually preferred the previous medium-fatty cut, which had a bit less fat but was thicker and more satisfying in every bite. ▪️ Unagi – The texture is so soft and sticky, with a touch of lime zest on top that adds a refreshing twist. The seasoning is perfect – not too salty at all. As the final course, it was a delightful way to end the meal. 🍖 🎢🍃 ▪️ Big Mac – This one isn’t included in the set menu; it’s an à la carte item for $22. It’s a luxurious stack of tuna paste, A5 Wagyu beef, sea urchin, and fish roe. About half the people in our group ordered it. My friend said the rice shell and the fillings didn’t blend well, so it’s not a must-try, but you might want to give it a shot if you’re curious. 🍔 Overall, I didn’t have any disappointments. Every dish was delicious, and while the fish choices were pretty standard (no special “seasonal” items), the texture of the fish was a pleasant surprise. Each piece was incredibly tender and melt-in-your-mouth! 🌟 🎢🍃 The service was also top-notch. There were three sushi chefs, each attending to 4-5 guests, so they could promptly address any questions or special requests. For an affordable omakase experience, it was really great! 👌 📍 Kazumi Omakase #omakase #JapaneseCuisine 🌇🌟
