New York | A Review of Atlas Kitchen (1)
📍258 W 109th St, New York, NY 10025 The elegant Chinese restaurant on Columbia University's 109th Street, well-known to everyone, has finally been visited. The food is just okay, with plenty of room for improvement. 🍜 Vinegar Pepper Chicken 🍗: The seasoning for this appetizer is quite nice. Gele Mountain Spicy Chicken 🌶️: Why are there so many twists of fried dough in the spicy chicken? I hope there could be more chicken. Jishan Drying White Meat 🍖: The presentation is very creative, but the taste is just average. Double Pepper Century Egg 🥚: Just as expected. Crab White Soup 🥣: A pretty good soup with tofu in it. Golden Soup Baby Cabbage 🥬: The soup is enhanced with century egg and ham. Sichuan-Style Pig's Trotter 🐖: The trotters are chopped very finely, which is different from the hearty way I imagined eating them (??) #NewYorkLife #NewYorkRestaurantHunting 🌉🌿
