Xiangxi Spicy Stir-Fried Yellow Beef 🥩: This dish is great with rice and even won over my foreign classmates. Cream Walnut Shrimp 🍤: As a salty food lover, I can accept it, but it still feels a bit odd after a while. Golden Sand Eggplant 🍆: Remember to eat it hot; otherwise, it gets greasy. Yangzhou Fried Rice 🍚 and Potstickers 🥟: Just as expected. 🌿 The layout and decoration of the restaurant are really elegant and tidy. Shanhai is suitable for occasions where the ambiance matters or when you want to bring visiting friends to try something new. As for the taste, it's a matter of personal preference. You might want to visit once or twice and that's probably enough… Atlas Kitchen was recommended by Michelin Bib Gourmand in 2020 and 2021. 🌿 After the meal, New York had its first big snowfall of the season.
