If you're craving sea urchin, make sure to time your visit right. They're not available on the other four weekdays. 📅 I absolutely love their scallops, seasoned with olive oil and sea salt. They're incredibly fresh and sweet! 🦪 For the oysters, there's a coordinate axis where you can choose the size and level of sweetness. But in my experience, it's rare to find large and sweet ones. My top pick is the indigo variety. They have plump and sweet meat. I always order 20! 😂 And don't forget about their geoduck clams! But be cautious, as I found some sand in mine last time. 🤔 There are also shrimp and fish available.
