New York | ChubbyCattle Beef Warrior 🍖

📍 ChubbyCattle Beef Warrior The king of West Coast BBQ buffets has finally arrived in New York! Previously, I’d make a point to visit whenever I was in LA or Vegas, and now I can indulge right here in NYC. 🌟They’re still in the soft opening phase, so some staff are still getting the hang of things, but overall, it’s a pretty solid experience! 🌟 There are three pricing tiers: $58 / $78 / $88. If you sign up for a membership, you can knock about $10 off each person’s bill. The difference is that the higher the price, the more varieties of Japanese Wagyu you can enjoy. 🎫 🥩 Meat: The quality of the meat lives up to the price. I highly recommend the beef brisket, short ribs, and marinated finger beef—they’re all delicious. The beef tongue platter looks stunning, but it tastes pretty standard. 🍖 🍣 Sushi/Sashimi: They offer a variety of fresh options, including salmon, tuna, and yellowtail sashimi and sushi, plus various beef and eel hand rolls. Everything is super fresh. I personally recommend the seared Wagyu sushi and beef hand rolls—the meat and fat are perfectly balanced, and the quality feels a notch above your average BBQ buffet sushi. 🌟 For the hand rolls, it’s best to eat them right away; if you wait to take a photo, the nori might get soggy. 🍣 #NewYork #BBQBuffet #SushiLovers 🌇🌟
