New York | Cosme: Top 50 Mexican Restaurant (1)🌟

🌟This was my second visit to Cosme because I have a husband who absolutely loves Mexican food. Many people think of American food as just burgers and fries, much like how many foreigners think of Chinese food as only dumplings and noodles. But Mexican cuisine is so much more than just tacos and burritos!🌱 Cosme was ranked 23rd in the World’s 50 Best Restaurants in 2019, and the chef even won the Best Female Chef award that year. I visited in 2019, and I was excited to revisit and see how the dishes have evolved.🌱 🌟 We never order less; we always order more because we want to try as many dishes as possible. So, two of us ended up ordering seven drinks (we got a bit tipsy and forgot to take photos) and seven dishes. By the end, I felt like my dress was about to burst! 🍴 My favorite dishes were: 🌱 Mole Spinach: I usually don’t like mole because it can be too heavy, but the combination with spinach was surprisingly delicious. It’s a must-order! 🌱 Softshell Crab: This dish is a perfect fusion and a must-try. 🦀 #NewYork 🌃🌟
