New York | Hidden Gem French Cuisine (1)🍖
📍 Bistro Vendôme 405 E 58th St, New York, NY 10022 I couldn’t get a reservation at my top picks on Saturday, so I ended up at this place, which was originally a backup option. (Is it impossible to eat in New York on weekends? 😅) But it turned out to be an amazing surprise! The atmosphere is casual and intimate, and the service was incredibly friendly. The owner, who is French, greeted every table personally. We stayed for almost three hours, and no one rushed us. 🥺 The food was truly delicious, and the portions were generous. 🫶🏻 🌟 Escargots Mussels Normande Homemade Chicken Liver Pâté Mushroom Soup 🌟 I loved every appetizer. The escargots were rich with garlic, parsley, and buttery flavors. The mussels came in a creamy mushroom broth, which was very flavorful. The chicken liver mousse was smooth and refreshing, perfect for spreading on bread. The soup of the day was mushroom soup, a concentrated version of the mussel sauce, which was incredibly satisfying. 🍵 #NYCFood #FrenchCuisine #HiddenGems 🌇
