🦐 Scampi Alla Griglia 🦐 These are truly jumbo shrimp, giant in size with firm and chewy meat. They are perfectly grilled, and every bite is so satisfying! I’m really curious how the chefs manage to make such simple ingredients and seasonings taste so delicious. 😭 ✨ There was a really interesting little episode during the ordering process: We originally ordered another type of pasta, but then the waiter leaned down and quietly said to me, “Chef A is making the pasta today, and that one will be a bit oily. 🌟I suggest you try something else.” With such honesty, I fell in love with the restaurant on the spot! Italians really understand the concept of “respecting food.” It’s not about upselling; it’s about wanting you to enjoy the best possible version. This kind of sincerity is truly hard not to be moved by. 😹 The atmosphere of the restaurant is also fantastic. The place is almost entirely filled with old money from the Upper East Side and local families. 🌟 The staff are all humorous and interesting, and there’s even live music! Most importantly, not only is the food better than all those trendy spots, but it’s also super easy to get a reservation!
