New York | Hidden Xinjiang Gem Next to Times Square (2)🌟
Hand-Grabbed Rice 🌟 This dish didn’t quite meet my expectations. The rice and meat were a bit dry. Maybe the authentic version should have more oil? Perhaps it’s been adjusted to suit local tastes. 🍔 Yogurt 🥛 🌟Smother than Greek yogurt, it’s topped with nuts and raisins. There’s no extra honey, so it’s not sweet and can’t really be considered a dessert. By the way, this place doesn’t serve Xinjiang milk tea. 🍵 Lamb Skewers and Baked Buns I always order these whenever I visit, and they’re both around $5. 🍖 🌟 Although Midtown’s kitchen facilities might be limited compared to the more diverse Xinjiang dishes and aromatic baked goods in Flushing, being able to enjoy fragrant lamb and authentic stir-fried noodles right in Manhattan is pretty valuable! 👍🏻 📍 Tengri Tagh Uyghur Cuisine #NewYorkRestaurantExploration #NYCEatingDrinkingFun 🌟
