The cozy atmosphere is perfect for a relaxed dining experience. The menu is tasting-only, with dishes changing seasonally based on fresh ingredients. I previously visited his DDOBAR, where every dish was a delightful surprise! 🍽️ The opening trio—king salmon, otoro, A5 wagyu, and uni—was a burst of flavors.
