New York | Korean-French Fusion ✨ Michelin Chef's New Opening 🧑🍳
The fine dining scene in New York is booming with Korean-French fusion, and the choices are overwhelming—every restaurant seems worth trying! 🌟 Just after landing in New York, Jua was awarded a ⭐️, and now Chef Jiho Kim's new restaurant, Joomak, has opened in Tribeca. The cozy atmosphere is perfect for a relaxed dining experience. The menu is tasting-only, with dishes changing seasonally based on fresh ingredients. I previously visited his DDOBAR, where every dish was a delightful surprise! 🍽️ The opening trio—king salmon, otoro, A5 wagyu, and uni—was a burst of flavors. The presentation was adorable, and the chef truly innovated with these classic ingredients. 🍣 The cocktails 🍸 deserve a special mention—they're not only visually stunning but also incredibly delicious! I love this fusion of Korean and French cuisine. I've dined at Jungsik multiple times and still love it, and I'm eager to try Bom. While Joomak didn't offer many surprises in terms of flavor, the dishes were well-executed, and the drinks were excellent. 🥂 ⭐️ Joomak ⭐️ 401 West St, New York #NYCFood #KoreanCuisine #KoreanFrenchFusion #NYCEats #NYCDining #ManhattanNewOpenings #KoreanDining #MustTryNYC #DateNightNYC
