New York | Long Island Brunch at The Shed 🌟

The Shed is our family’s top choice for brunch! We’ve lost count of how many times we’ve been here. We used to visit the Plainview and Huntington locations, but ever since the Westbury store opened, that’s the only one we go to now. The atmosphere is super chill, and it’s always packed with people. 🌿 Every time we go, we always order these dishes 👇: 👉 Fried Calamari: The batter is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Even Den, who usually doesn’t eat squid, can’t stop eating it! I love the fried jalapeños and the basil (?) at the bottom—they’re super tasty too. 🍤 👉 Chicken & Waffle: I’m pretty neutral about this dish, but Den’s dad loves it so much that he always takes the leftover spicy honey home. 🍗 👉 Salad: Both the Shed Bowl and Cobb Salad are great options. They’re fresh and filling. 🥗 👉 For kids: You can also order pancakes or omelettes—they’re very popular with the little ones. 🥧 There’s even a mini-golf area for kids next to the restaurant.
