Garlic Chives Twice-Cooked Pork So Good I Ordered Takeout for Five Days Straight 🍖🌟 🌟Walking past Chinese restaurants (especially Sichuan ones) in touristy areas of New York, you might wonder: The decor is all red, the menu has everything, and the restaurant name is just a place name—aren't they a bit too confident? 🤔 But "Chengdu Impression" didn't disappoint and was super authentic! 🍜 Sichuan Cold Noodles: With a mix of ground peanuts, sesame oil, vinegar, sugar, and a hint of black pepper, the layers of flavor are just perfect. 🍜 🌶️ Northern Sichuan Tofu Jelly: Cool and soft, coated in a spicy red oil, it hits the spot just right. 🍲 🌟It was too hot to order other stir-fried dishes or hot soups, but these two appetizers were enough to satisfy my carb cravings! The flavors are spot-on, just like what you'd taste while traveling in Sichuan and Chongqing. #NewYorkFoodie #NYCFoodGuide 🍔
