Can you believe that this pizza place right next to Union Square has a perfect 5.0 rating? 🌟 It would be a sin not to try it out! So, on a day when I was craving pizza the most, I decided to give it a go. First things first: the 5.0 rating is absolutely deserved! 😭 From the moment you place your order until the pizza comes out of the oven, you can see every step of the process. It's like stepping into a real-life pizza-making game! The crust is chewy, just like mochi, and the beautiful golden-brown color is proof of the Maillard reaction and a testament to traditional Italian wood-fired pizza. 🙌🏻 We ordered the sweet and spicy salami 🌶️. The saltiness of the salami and the tanginess of the tomato sauce are perfectly balanced, and the hot honey drizzled on top takes the whole pizza to another level. 🌶️ As you chew, you might even bite into chunks of semi-melted ricotta cheese... Just thinking about it at midnight makes me drool. 🤤 After we finished our meal, the owner generously gave my friend and me half a vanilla doughnut each 🍩. It looks very American, but the sweetness is just right for my Chinese palate. 🌶️ Thank you to the owner for this thoughtful gift that made my lunch perfect. Other customers nearby also received different little desserts. It's such a loving place, and you can feel the owner's passion for making pizza.
