Donât walk, run.
Now read my full reviewđ I just walked out of Pizzazz an hour ago, where I came to film a review for my food vlog.
While I still need to edit my vlog, I couldnât wait even a day to write this google review.
You MUST TRY THIS PIZZA! I work with many restaurants and I had incredible pizza slices in my life, and I am telling you, this might have been the BEST PIZZA IâVE EVER HAD in my entire life, and Iâm not exaggerating (needless to say this is not sponsored, the owners have no idea I am writing this review).
I had the mushroom pizza, and I also got to try an off-the-menu Nutella, mascarpone and pistachio dust pizza (theyâre still on their soft opening, but once they officially open, they will launch their dessert menu!).
There are lots of good pizzas in New York, so I rarely get excited about pizza anymore. This pizza reminded me that when the dough is unbeatable and the ingredients are all in the highest quality, pizza can be a work of art. It can be magic. I left excited & inspired. This pizza is THE REAL DEAL.
If youâre not on your way yet, please do yourself a favor and add this pizza to your list. I promise youâve never had a better...
Read moreI stopped by Pizzazz on Union Square East and it quickly became a favorite. I had the Wild Mushrooms Pizza, a beautifully crafted individual pie made to order with mixed wild mushrooms, Stracchino, Chevron cheese, Platinum Ricotta, and Parmigiano Reggiano. I added spicy salami, which brought just the right amount of heat to complement the rich, earthy flavors.
The crust was spot-on: crunchy on the outside, soft and fragrant inside. I wish it was just a tad more salty. The ingredients were clearly high quality, and the whole pie felt balanced and satisfying.
Service was friendly and welcoming, and everything moved smoothly. For dessert, I treated myself to a mini baby croissant filled with strawberries and Nutella - sweet, flaky, and totally worth it.
With the shop only four blocks from work, this definitely wonât be my last visit. Pizzazz nails it on flavor, quality, and comfort, exactly what you would want from a...
Read moreVery cute tiny place with great food, very fresh, everything is made right in front of you and didnât take long. It was raining a tad so we ate inside but thereâs not much room so make sure you go when youâre taking out. We tried the mortadella with had a delicious pistachio pesto and my absolute favorite cheese, BURRATAâșïž and Iâm not even a fan of mortadella but this sandwich was the best. We also had the sweet and spicy pizza with had a really tasty hot honey. Others in my group had a the turkey sandwich and their veggie sandwich which I didnât try but they looked incredible and they said it tasted amazing. We couldnât find cheap parking so that sucked but if we wouldâve planned better it wouldâve been a perfect experience for out of towners. But it was a novice mistake we wouldnât make again and itâs not their fault so Iâd DEFINITELY recommend this place any day! Wish they had one in...
