New York | Rubirosa 🍕
This place is an Italian restaurant, but it's most famous for its pizza. It's super popular, and we didn't have a reservation. We waited for about ten minutes and managed to walk in! So lucky! 🌟 🎢 For the pizza, you have to order at least a whole 14-inch pie, but you can do half and half. We went with the most classic options: CLASSIC and BIANCA. Both were absolutely delicious and safe choices. 🍃The red part had a bit more tomato sauce than the last place we tried, making it richer and slightly more tangy. I personally loved the white version with its super creamy cheese and a hint of garlic. 🎢It was amazing! Just a heads-up, their crust is even thinner and crispier than the last place, so it doesn't feel heavy at all. If you prefer a thicker crust, this might not be the place for you. 🍔 We didn't try The TIE DYE, which is also one of their signature pizzas, but it looks like a must-try. The pre-meal bread was super fragrant too! Also, almost everyone else ordered pasta, which looked really good as well. 🍝 🌊 Other places I'd love to try include Lucali, Song' E Napule, and Una Pizza Napoletana. Another day of envying NYC residents! 😭 #NewYork #Manhattan #ManhattanDelights #NewYorkPizza 🌃🌟
