Beef Wellington π Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside! The New York Summer Restaurant Week has started! Soogil is participating again with almost the same menu. Hereβs a winter review to give those who want to visit some reference ββ They offered a complimentary appetizer: figs and Korean-style meat rolls. The combination created a very interesting texture. π π Yellowtail Amberjack + Caviar (+$10) The sashimi was fresh, and the sauce was creamy with a smooth texture. The pomegranate garnish was a great touch! π π¦ͺ Scallop Soup The tender scallops in a big sauce soup had a very Korean π°π· flavor, enhanced by the aroma of black truffle! π π₯© Beef Wellington (+$28) The whole Beef Wellington was paraded around the restaurant, and each plate had only one piece. The puff pastry was well done, and the beef was chewy. The combination had a unique flavor that was delicious and worth trying! π π¦ Duck The duck was very tender, with a rich duck flavor but no gamey taste.
